Return & Exchange Policy

At Wandaful Shop, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return most new, unused, and unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and should be in the original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us First:  
   Before sending the item back, you must contact us at Sale@wandafulshop.top to obtain a Return Authorization. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Restocking Fee:  
   All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee helps us cover the cost of processing and restocking returned merchandise.

3. Return Freight:  
   The return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipping is not properly tracked.

4. Processing Your Refund or Exchange:  
   Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.  
   
   If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) as soon as we receive and process your returned product.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at Sale@wandafulshop.top immediately, and we will resolve the issue quickly. If we made an error with your order, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, we will arrange for either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.

Special Orders

Items that were special ordered, customized, or made to your specific request may not be eligible for a return. These returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of our team. If you believe your special order item is defective or unsatisfactory, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
